Sovereign Cruises and Events LLC and the participating organizations act only as independent contractors acting on behalf of neither supplier nor the principals. They shall not in any way be held liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the act of default of any company, or person, engaged in conveying the passengers, or of any hotel proprietor, personnel, or servant or any other person otherwise in connection therewith. Sovereign Cruises and Events LLC and the participating organizations do not own nor operate the hotels, airlines, cruise ships, motor coaches which comprise this tour. They cannot be held liable for changes and/or cancellations of the hotels, airlines, cruise ships, or motor coaches. Sovereign Cruises and Events LLC and the participating organizations are not responsible for price increases imposed by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and/or service providers.
Initial deposit of $300.00 per guest is due upon registration ($600.00 deposit is due for single occupancy guests). For suite guests, initial deposit of $450.00 per person is due upon registration ($900.00 deposit for single occupancy suite guests). Payments can be made with a credit card or a personal check. Full payment plus $242.37 per person (port taxes and government fees) is due (September 24, 2021) and is required in the form of a credit card, personal check, cashiers check, or money order. For reservations made after September 24, 2021, full payment will be due upon receipt of confirmation. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. There will be a $50.00 fee for all returned checks.

Gratuities must be pre-paid for the entire cruise at the time of final payment. This includes gratuities for the Stateroom (or Suite) steward, head waiter, waiter and assistant waiter. A total of $72.50 will be added to each guest at the time of final payment ($87.50 per person for Suite guests). This prepayment allows G3 Ministries more flexibility to reserve group events and group dining room arrangements.
An administrative fee of $150 per passenger will be charged for all cancellations regardless of insurance status.
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing, by fax, or by email.
In addition, the following will be charged for cancellations per passenger:

Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations. Cancellation of Fly-Aweigh guests may result in an additional penalty for the air portion, up to, but not limited to, the full air add-on amount, as imposed by the air carrier. Percentage penalty charged applies to cruise fare, non commission fare, air add-on, supplemental fare, cruise only transfers and pre and post cruise packages where applicable. No refund in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise. Additional fees may be assessed by the supplier for connections booked from your home city, as well as forced single occupancy due to roommate cancellation. Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including medical and family matters. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed.

Rates below are per person, based on double occupancy, and must be purchased for each guest in the cabin. Cancellation Protection Plans must be added at the time of booking and are non refundable. Please call for single occupancy rates.

Proper travel documentation is the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests arriving at embarkation without proper documentation may not join the voyage and will NOT be entitled to a refund.
All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport. All passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of three blank pages in your passport when traveling, as many countries require blank pages. Multiple-entry visas are required for some vacations. You will need to check with your consulate to verify all requirements.
You are responsible for obtaining and payment of all visas and entry documents prior to travel, and for meeting all health and other requirements and any documents required by laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries to be visited. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed and are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently.

Name changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees. Additional fees may be assessed by suppliers depending on the change requested.
It is required that all guests who are flying in must arrive a day early into Orlando, FL. This is due to the fact that many unforeseen travel and weather occurrences could hinder your ability to arrive in a timely manner, preventing you to be able to sail with us the next day. When making your return flight arrangements, make sure that your flight leaves AFTER 1:00pm from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) on January 29, 2022. Please stay tuned for details regarding a 1-Day G3 Pre-Cruise Conference on January 23rd, 2022.
