2021 Founders Conference: Be It Resolved

General Information for Sponsors
•  Sponsor space is limited and it is first come, first served.
•  All Sponsorships require full payment with registration. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
•  Approval is required for all sponsorships. In the event that your initial sponsorship submission is disapproved, you will be refunded 100% of your payment minus a $30 processing fee within 7 business days.

Sponsorship Levels

Level 1 Sponsorship: $500.00
– 6 foot table booth space
– Logo on Founders website
– 2 complimentary tickets 

•  Exhibitor space is available in the ballroom pre-conference area. Our exhibitor team will be on hand to help with moving and setting up items.
•  Our staff will be onsite to answer any questions you may have.
•  Power for booths is available to request but is not guaranteed. Please let us know on the registration form if you will need power.

Set Up Times:

6:00 PM – 9:00PM on Sunday, June 13, 2021

7:00 AM – 8:00AM on Monday, June 14, 2021.

Take Down Time:

5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on Monday, June 14, 2021.

Deadlines:

•  Logo artwork for display on the Founders website must be submitted to [email protected] at your earliest convenience to be placed on the website. All artwork is subject to approval. No sponsorship refunds will be provided for rejected or tardy artwork.
•  Names of conference attendees using included sponsorship passes must be submitted to a[email protected] by June 10, 2021 at 8:00 PM ET.
•  All promotional items are subject to approval. No sponsorship refunds will be provided for rejected or tardy promotional items.
•  All promotional items must be brought to the event venue between 6:00PM and 9:00PM on Sunday, June 13th or at 7:00 AM on Monday, June 14th.

Sponsorship Guidelines

•  Sponsors agree NOT to sell or give away any books that will be available and sold in the conference bookstore.
•  Sponsors are allowed to sell items, but no high-pressure sales tactics are allowed. If complaints are made to our exhibitor team about such tactics, you will be asked to shut down your exhibit. If such action is taken, no refunds will be given for exhibitor fees.
•  All exhibits must be respectful to other exhibits regarding assigned space.
•  If you are using video equipment, you must be respectful to others and must not be overwhelming for the space you are in. Live audio will not be allowed in the exhibit area.
•  The exhibitor is responsible for any damage to property surrounding your booth space.
•  Founders Ministries may decline any application request for exhibitor space for any reason based on the discretion of our conference leadership.
•  We ask that you partner with us by promoting the Founders Conference on Twitter, Facebook, and other means as you have opportunity.

Shipping Information

The Sponsor is responsible for all shipping, storage and related costs for delivering materials for the exhibit space. The Sponsor is also responsible for arranging and paying for the shipment of all materials back to the organization’s address.

Attendee Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability – COVID-19

As an attendee of the 2021 Founders Nashville Conference, offered by or on behalf of Founders Ministries (the “Organization”), you hereby acknowledge your awareness and knowledge of the risks and consequences associated with the transmission of, exposure to and potential infection and sickness from the COVID-19 virus resulting from any such in-person attendance at the Organization’s facilities. Further, you hereby represent that you understand and acknowledge that the COVID-19 virus is extremely contagious and is capable of being spread from person-to-person with or without the use of protective equipment, sanitizing measure and social distancing practices.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure to COVID-19 by attending any in-person event and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death. You further acknowledge and understand the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of you or others including, but not limited to, Founder’s Ministries employees, volunteers, and program participants and other attendees. You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with you attendance at the Organization or participation in Organization events (the “Claims”).

I HEREBY RELEASE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS FOUNDERS MINISTRIES, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS AND REPRESENTATIVES, OF AND FROM THE CLAIMS, INCLUDING ALL LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING THERETO. I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE INCLUDES ANY CLAIMS BASED ON THE ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, OR NEGLIGENCE OF THE FOUNDERS MINISTRIES  ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS AND REPRESENTATIVES, WHETHER A COVID-19 INFECTION OCCURS BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER PARTICIPATION IN THE 2021 FOUNDERS NASHVILLE CONFERENCE.
